We are excited to share with you that Chloey Turner is back in the USA to offer you all a 'From Head to Toe Experience'. This experience not only includes Chloey’s qualified team of experts but you will have the option to add-on ‘Fusion Fighters Performance Choreography’ for only $15 pp.
The ‘From Head To Toe’ workshop is dedicated to enabling dancers to perform at their very best on stage consistently, by creating a pre-performance routine to suit each individual dancing athlete. A pre performance routine is defined as 'sequence of task relevant thoughts and actions which an athletes engages in systematically prior to his or her performance of a specific sport skill' (Moran 1996, p177).

Chloey’s incredible team will look into:
- Pre performance anxiety & confidence - Preparing your mind to be calm and focused - with Dr Lucie Clements.
- A warm up routine that will prepare you both physically and mentally - With Chloey Turner.
- Foods to fuel your body and to recover best - With Dr Meghan Brown.
- Helping dancers harness the power of connecting brain and body - Strength & Conditioning with Frances Dunne.
Workshop time: 3 1/2 hours.
The fee for the in-person workshop is $75 per dancer - (sibling discount available).
At this rate Chloey would need a minimum of 20 dancers to attend.
Bespoke workshop experience to suit you and your dancers needs. Zoom workshops are also available at a discounted rate.
